Get Golf Ready (for Adults)
This class is about how to enjoy playing golf. True beginners to experienced players are encouraged to sign up. The class will include lessons on chipping, pitching, full swing irons, full swing driver, putting, and on-course instruction.
By the time you are done with the class, you will have the tools to practice better and get out on the course.

Get Golf Ready 2
Get Golf Ready 2 is an adult intermediate group class that is geared towards golfers that have taken “GGR 1” and/or would like to take the next step in their golf game. Get Golf Ready 2 will focus more on the getting the club face square at impact, the path the club takes during the swing, how the body works to produce power and different shot shapes. Video analysis will be used to help illustrate these points.
This is a 4-session class with time spent on the driving range and short game area. The classes are limited to 6 students with two instructors for full classes. A minimum of 4 students are needed for the class to take place. Payment is required at the time of signup. You may cancel up to 48 hours before the class begins for full refund. Director of Instruction
Morgan has a passion for the game and a master’s degree (MS) in sports science to bring a deep understanding of golf biomechanics performance, and player development to students. His coaching philosophy is built on strong fundamentals, personalized instruction, and a scientific approach to improving skills and consistency on the course. Morgan has developed an uncanny ability to find the root cause of swing faults and clearly prescribe solutions.
Throughout Morgan’s career, he has worked with golfers of all levels, from beginners, to competitive juniors and amateurs, and professionals. He is helping them refine their technique to lower their scores, and build confidence. Many of the juniors that have been with him have earned college golf scholarships. Meanwhile, the adults that stay with the program, have seen their handicap and scores get lower.
Morgan is a graduate of Sacramento State University and became a PGA of America Member in 2013. An accomplished golfer in his own right, Morgan has won 2 Northern California PGA section events.

You can use this plan for any mix of on course lessons, technique practice on the range and short game. Can request the launch monitor for any lesson. Full swing assessment and plan to lower score. If score doesn’t drop at least 5 strokes of your handicap, then you will have access to another 6 months of lessons with me at no extra charge until you do get handicap down 5 strokes.

Head Golf Professional
David grew up in the Pacific Northwest playing golf starting at a young age. He was able to play golf on a college scholarship in the Pac12, and eventually try his hand on the mini-tours in Florida and California. Once the mini-tour days were behind him, David began the process to become a Class A PGA professional and gained membership in 2004. Along the way, David has learned to play and give lessons from some of the best instructors in the Pacific Northwest.
Since turning 50 in 2023, he won the 2023 Northern California PGA Senior Match Play Championship and qualified for the 2023 and 2025 National Senior Club Professional Championship held in Florida. In 2024, he had no wins, but his play was extremely consistent playing in the Northern California PGA. David finished 6th in the Player of the Year standings in the Regular Division highlighted by (4) top-12 finishes. David also finished 6th in the Player of the Year standings in the Senior Division highlighted by (5) top-4 finishes. In 2025, he had 2 wins in the Senior Division while finishing no worse than 7th in any event which produced a 5th place finish in the Senior Player of the Year Standings. David was very consistent in the regular division as well, with no finish worse than T14 which produced a 12Th place finish in the regular Player of the Year Standings.
David focuses on the fundamentals of a golf swing, and understands that each person swings the club uniquely, and incorporates swing principles to help each student improve their game.
The quickest way to lower scores is to develop the fundamentals working from the hole backwards. About 50% of a golfer’s scores will come from putting and chipping within 10 yards of the green. Come see me for a quick 30-minute short game lesson.
